Learn Japanese

Hiragana/Katakana Minigame - Learn kana in a few days or less by going through individual columns and doing it all together.
Guide To Learning Japanese - The only one you'll ever need.
DJTGuide - Whatever's left of Itazuraneko. One of the best resources, featuring pretty much everything you'll need. The grammar lookups are very handy.
Itazuraneko [archived] - The best resource for learning Japanese, nuked by neocities due to copyright issues.
Core6000 [archived] - A site for grammar lookups, one of Itazura's grammar pages relies on it alot.
Tae Kim's Grammar Guide - Basic grammar. Also mirrored on Itazuraneko/DJTGuide.
Itazura Grammar Master Reference - Perfect for when you don't have a grammar dictionary in yomitan or it fails to help you.
Yomitan - Formerly Yomichan, a browser extension that allows you to look up meanings of words by hovering your mouse over them, also it lets you make anki cards in one click, with the sound and sentence included. Perfect!
Yomitan Guide - IMPORTANT! You'll see why.
Anki - Flashcards with a spaced learning system. Supplementing your reading with anki will let you memorize more words, faster, and thanks to SRS you'll be able to specifically focus on the ones you keep forgetting.
Decks you can get:
Core 2k/6k (5999 words) - was the standard at one point, but it's based on 90s newspapers. As a result, it has some words you may not need early on / may not see in VNs, too much katakana stuff that's somewhat useless to study this way, plus some words are in kana despite commonly being spelled with Kanji now. I did it and it was OK, I just changed some of the words back into Kanji, but there might be better decks now.
Core 2.3k (? words) - used to be recommended as a better deck for VN readers as it aimed to have a lot more vocab common in VNs.
Ankidrone Foundation or Ankidrone Essentials - Easily available on tatsumoto (for some reason the links for the other two are hard to find) and possibly better than the other two.
Textractor - Extracts text from visual novels as you read so you can use yomichan/tan/whatever to look up stuff and make anki cards on the go.
LunaTranslator - Same thing, a bit newer, use whichever you want. Make sure to remove all the translation plugins from both since they'll only get in the way.
Texthooker Page - Use this with the textractor.
ASBPlayer - An extension that will let you put subtitles over any video in your browser.
- JP anime subs.
- Ditto.
Tatsumoto Ren's Blog - A website similar to Itazuraneko.
- Jisho, an English to Japanese dictionary.

Uncategorized

Flamingtext - A quick way to make fancy text.
Picturetopeople - Ditto.
ShayeSaintJohn - Doesn't work properly without flash.
Winamp Skins - if you still use it.

Friends & Sunfish Veterans

Durdge-O - Durgesh the destroyer, creator of Grandman. Head of the businessforums (for 1 month).
Dany Burton - Formerly danyburton.net, then dany.bangoman.org. Wearer of many hats. League of Piss 2 is in perpetual development since 2018.
Speedos - One of the most prolific kubus fans.
RustyMoon - formerly bald game designer. Persecuted by quora.
Saint - obscure game enthusiast.
Wesley - ROTSF enthusiast, among other things.
Nolovoto - another kubus fan.
SelfishDream - was an interesting fellow. First sunfish man to get nuked off GT. Whereabouts unknown.
Jake Clover - one of his best games (12 Treasures) is somewhere on the sunfish forums.
Grave Robert - musique & art.
Harney-Barrow - MIA? Sent me a picture of his bathroom back in 2018, sadly I lost it.
Harney's fangame of my prank game "Pure Black 3D" (which is now part of Cybertechno 3D Genius and wastly different)
Sunfish Forums - Now inactive. Was too much fun in 2017. I deleted all my posts (a few thousand) because I was retarded and some threads were nuked in 2020, so now it's mostly disjointed and lacking former glory and posters, though some gems were left behind.
